Newfoundland Salt Company’s coffee finishing sea salt* is a collaboration with Bonavista Coffee Company. We combine their freshly roasted coffee with our regular sea salt and the result is a beautiful finishing salt that has a delicious coffee aroma.
Try it with chocolate, baked goods, on ice cream, on pancakes and oatmeal in the mornings and in rubs and marinades for beef, pork, and chicken. It's also delicious in chili and curries!
